Have a great weekend. 💕
Yesterday I had one of those frustrating days where I felt I didn't achieve anything. It's so easy to tell yourself that story when the day doesn't go the way you'd planned. Instead of remaining on a negative path and letting my thoughts spiral out of control I think about the little things I have achieved. 😊 I spent an hour at the gym and had a chat with some lovely ladies. I ate healthily all day. I finished a painting as part of my 365 challenge. In the evening I went to a modern calligraphy class led by @londoncalligraphy at @soperandco 💕 I had a great day! I'm now looking forward to hours of fun learning to write again! (ps. Oops just remembered I did have a piece of Victoria sponge with a cup of tea at the workshop. Apart from that it was healthy eating 🍰)
I had so much fun yesterday with @emilyquinton @notesbyastylist @a_london_story @gabrielaszulman at a @makelight meet up. We chatted for hours and the time just flew by. Happy times 💕
I don't think I'll watch the news this morning! If I do I'll have my hands over my eyes and maybe have a peep every so often - the same way I do when I watch a horror movie. Whatever your viewpoint it all feels like too much of a mess. 💕 I think I'll just listen to positive podcasts, paint and knit 😂 Any podcast recommendations welcome. Thank you 💕
