Knitting Know How – The Kitchener Stitch

The Kitchener stitch is also referred to as grafting. It is a method of joining two sets of live stitches together seamlessly with a tapestry needle. It sounds scary but it’s really simple.

I use the Kitchener stitch in many of my patterns including the One Purl Row Double Circle Scarf. and the One Purl Row glasses case.
