Knitting Know How – The Kitchener Stitch

The Kitchener stitch is also referred to as grafting. It is a method of joining two sets of live stitches together seamlessly with a tapestry needle. It sounds scary but it’s really simple.

I use the Kitchener stitch in many of my patterns including the One Purl Row Halloween Stocking and the One Purl Row Double Circle Scarf.

I hope you find it useful in your knitting projects
